At BoxandBuy, we are committed to maintaining a marketplace that values authenticity, transparency, and trust. This Content & Product Authenticity Policy outlines the requirements all sellers must follow when listing products and creating content on the BoxandBuy platform.

1. Authentic Products Only

Sellers must only offer genuine, original, and legally sourced products. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

• Counterfeit or pirated goods

• Unauthorized replicas or “look-alikes”

• Knockoffs or items using brand names, logos, or designs without proper licensing

BoxandBuy has a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit goods. Sellers found in violation may have their listings removed or accounts suspended without notice.

2. Truthful Product Descriptions

All product listings must accurately describe the item being sold, including:

• Brand, model, and condition

• Technical specifications or features

• Product images (which must represent the actual item or approved manufacturer stock photos)

Sellers must not mislead buyers with exaggerated claims or irrelevant tags.

3. Intellectual Property Compliance

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on the intellectual property (IP) rights of any third party, including:

• Copyrighted images or text

• Trademarks, logos, or branding

• Patented designs or utility models

Sellers must hold the appropriate rights or licenses to use any protected content.

4. Packaging and Labeling Accuracy

If a product is represented as being from a specific brand, the item must be packaged and labeled accordingly and match buyer expectations upon delivery. Mislabeling or substitution is grounds for removal and legal action.

5. Documentation and Proof

BoxandBuy reserves the right to request the following at any time:

• Proof of purchase or supplier invoice

• Certificates of authenticity

• Manufacturer authorization letters

Failure to provide proof may result in product delisting, account suspension, or legal reporting.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

BoxandBuy actively monitors listings for policy violations. Actions taken may include:

• Warning notices

• Immediate product removal

• Temporary or permanent account suspension

• Legal referral for egregious or repeat offenses
